Cancellation Policy
How registration cancellations and participant changes are handled.
To cancel, write to info@bmigrowth.com from the email address used at registration, quoting your registration ID.
Cancellation requests are acknowledged in writing. A cancellation is effective only once acknowledged.
A registration may be transferred to another person from the same business, subject to written approval and the replacement completing registration and consent.
